Claim Procedure

Every Ride is Insured. Here is how you claim it.

It’s pretty easy to file a claim in case of an unfortunate event. You can do it either on acko.com or on your Rapido app. Just follow the steps listed below.

1) On the Rapido App:

1. Open your Rapido App and go to ‘Your Rides’

2. Select the trip for which you want to claim insurance which will take you to the 'Trip Details' page.

3. Select 'I want to claim insurance' which will initiate your claim.

4. Select the type of claim, follow the next few steps, and your claim will be registered with Acko.

2) On Acko.com:

1. Go to www.acko.com and login with your mobile number registered on Rapido and enter the OTP you receive.

2. Under the ‘Claims’ section, select ‘Rapido Passenger Claims’ which opens your ‘My Account’ page.

3. Select the ‘Ride’ filter which will open all your trips.

4. Select the trip for which you want to claim insurance, this will take you to the Policy Detail Page, where you have to click on ‘Initiate Claim’.

5. Select the type of claim, follow the next few steps, and your claim will be registered with Acko.
